Carol DeNome, 74, of Beaver Falls, died Sunday, January 14, 2018, at her residence. Born February 21, 1943, in Beaver Falls, the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Etta (Dixon) Wissner. Carol loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed encouraging others by volunteering with local organizations and churches including Hope Chest. She also loved to go shopping and spending time with her friends. In addition to her parents, Carol joined her late son, Mark DeNome, and brother, Gene Wissner.
Surviving is her son, Sam (Malia) DeNome; sister, Shirley Hayes; daughter-in-law, Susan Hamilton; five grandchildren, Colin DeNome, Andrew DeNome, Mark DeNome Jr., Sarah DeNome, and Kendall Beckham; great-grandchild, Dawson Beckham; and niece, Linda (Randy) Marmalich. As per the family's request, all services were private.
